    Are you anywhere near a Sainsburys? Ours always has reduced turkeys an hour or so before closing on Christmas Eve, though I know that's leaving it a bit late.

    I was in Tesco earlier, and they have loads of frozen turkeys. The small ones were around 3.5kgs and the bigger ones were around 11kgs.

    Not everyone is a fan of turkey, so it could be an idea to do a small turkey, a roast beef and either a gammon joint or a leg of lamb, for variety and choice.
