Wrapped all the pressies last night and am now having a last minute panic that I haven't got anything special enough for DH, so might need to venture out. He does put up with a lot0 -

Anyone know if dippy is ok? MIA for a week.
Sorry I don't know but I have noticed we have been missing quite a number of Elite for a number of weeks - I did check back but couldn't see any major falling out to prompt a walk out, but maybe any offending messages were deleted.
Hopefully as Christmas is a time of peace and goodwill to all men, women and anonymous Elite members, lurking Elite and new will feel able come back out of the shadows to join in.

Just to confuse matters.
A sidereal day is 24 sidereal hours, or 23 hours and 56 minutes on a normal clock. Our clock time is based on the earth's rotation with respect to the sun from solar noon to solar noon. This is a solar day, and it is divided into 24 hours. Because Earth travels about 1 / 365 of the way around the sun during one day, there is a small difference between solar time and sidereal time.
just reread the above and it looks like the day is from noon to noon, not midnight to midnight as i thought0 -
Well done 76rosie0

A different take on the Nativity story, which I think is brilliant.:):)
(As it is religious, this may not be everybody's cup of tea!)
