My role here is working then :A.

They are quite sickly once you get past "a few." 3 is probably a sensible portion.

There were no BOGOF profiterole stacks left in my store so I ended up getting a Christmas tree chocolate cake dated 24th :j and a yule log dated 25th :T

But then guess what came out at whoopsie time. :o

I'm wondering if it will keep to Christmas eve as we are not having any visitors until then.

Note portions size, I am sure my box says 60 and serves 20, this image says 60 and serves 12. That's five each.

Sounds like it was the same era that I followed them - Elton Johns Taylor-made Army and all that !

I had a season in the Rookery for years, and went to quite a few away matches in the 80's heydays.

Followed them all the way (not that far actually) to Wembley in 1984 too, via every leg, and was personally sworn at and thrown off the pitch by Graham Taylor in a mini pitch invasion during the final minutes of the match they were promoted to the First Division for the first time

However, totally gone off football since those days, as IMHO money has completely ruined and dare I say corrupted the game.

Oh those were the days. I could have written this, apart from being thrown off the pitch by Graham Taylor - although I was on it. Indeed a little piece of that turf grew in with my parents' front lawn for many years ;) Still see GT quite often as he is patron of a football related charity which my husband is a trustee of. He can speak for hours without a script about the glory days and has some great stories from that era.
Sadly football today is a completely different animal. I feel lucky to have experienced the "good old days."

£2.25 should have been £15.

I have already been playing freezer tetris with both freezers, loads of whoopsies today including finest mini chipolatas 45p and finest stuffing portions. :D Three things in the 3 for £10 meat offer, gammon steaks, stuffed chicken breasts and some other chicken and was paid to take them away. :T

No way would I get that huge box in, at the moment it is sat in the fridge where the turkey is meant to be going Wednesday morning. :o

Oh and it does say on the box been previously frozen so cannot be frozen again...
