Evening all.
Hope everyone is keeping OK. I see BUBBS is still doing her thing hehehe.
Have I missed much?
TWEETS - can I ask, can you still access POPPY's facebook or have they asked you to provide proof of her and a passport photo etc? I can't go on as Moo Cow anymore. Boohoo!

50% off clothes in Sainsburys
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/50-off-clothes-sainsburys-2353121
Thanks for this.
There was a very beautiful turqoise blue coat I saw briefly before we disappeared into the blue horizon which was £40 - I didn't even try it on incase I fell in love with it
The sale started as soon as went off.
I have deliberately not looked for it this week. I have not even looked online yet.
And then there is the rose top I am also coverting
Is Sainsbury tu on either of the cashback sites does anyone know?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Avios. We normally value them @ 1p & I have been known to get 1.6p of value from them (savings by using Avios vs published BA flight fares). Today and for the next few days you can buy them for about 0.75-0.8p via Groupon in Spain. It is a bit fiddly but all is explained on Headforpoints.
Suffice it to say, I am careful with our money but we fly a lot, this is a real saving for us so I have bought 100K between my wife & myself, I would not do that if it were a bad deal. I have crunched the maths over there.
IMV very good to get a cheap 'bank' of Avios in your name, 100K sometimes takes years to accumulate via Tesco etc, though those points are cheaper. It means you can take advantage of cheap Avios redemption possibilities. Use them on regular flights as follows http://www.headforpoints.com/2015/07/27/british-airways-avios-redemption-pricing-by-route/
Sorry to hijack elite stuff so more info on HFP.0 -
Maybe a useful womble. SP Mixed Maize Snacks are comparing against T (small 16g bags:(:rotfl:). (Also comparing against S, more expensive.) Ham & Beef Paste also comparing against M same price (no need to buy multiples). SP Sage & Onion comparing against M and, unusually though it is true:D, S at same price. Wish T had been back at 2 for £7 on the Eday Chicken Breast Fillets like several months ago:rotfl: - still, not bad on the comparison. Savers Mushy Peas did go up in price in M on Monday. Comparing against M and S at 80p:eek: total for the four_pale_ they bought! Only vs T for a positive contribution to an APG (W as ever on SP items is neutral - N/A). SP Tuna equivalent coming out much more expensive at M.
39 items (10 different) on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda tesco

2x ASDA Smartprice Chicken Breast Fillets (1KG) £7.64 £7.64
Comparison total (compared products only) £23.94 £24.06
cheaper +£0.12
EDIT: This shop was done on Monday evening, interestingly as it is picking up new M pricing (on the Mushy Peas) - unless my M stores had not changed their SEL price last week. Unless that's happened, it may be picking up Monday information in retrospect, having only been checked two days later.0 -
