So far so good this am on DD front but it's early yet

    Weekly round up
    Mortgage balance £69,167.16
    OP'd 2016 £280.00
    Daily Interest £4.72
    Interest saved so far £121.00

Bit slow at the moment but just had another £3.15 confirmed on TCB :D:D

Must take food shopping in hand next month, the healthy eating plan is killing the figures :eek::eek:

  • You DD sounds just like my eldest, within 5 minutes of her getting on the train she was texting me about how people push and shove and no one has a clue what they are doing.........all quiet at the moment but I assume that's because she is in a lecture! :rotfl:

Mind you, I am not sure I prefer the youngests outlook on life either, she is so laid back that she is almost horizontal so trying to get her to do anything is a nightmare as nothing worries her. Washing up is left in the sink, washing not put in the bin etc etc and if I say anything I am told I need to calm down and chill!

Excellent news on the OP'ing, your skills at working out interest rates has me in awe, I have no clue about mortgages even though I have had one for 25 years! :rotfl:

    Hi Petal
    I use this

    http://www.whatsthecost.com/savings.oneoff.aspx

I just put in how much I have OP'd so far and put in the remaining years (for me I am due to finish december 2031, so that's 16 years)

It's not 100% accurate so am on the lookout for a better one :D

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I got all that for years with DD on a train :rotfl: lack of seats, how dirty it was, screaming kids etc etc

Her BF is like your youngest so she gets very stressed about him not "doing anything"

Thanks Shangai I'm quite liking it too, even if it's not that different from last week :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: but it is somewhat motivating :D:D

    Loved yours on Sunday :money:

    Yay I'm back......................did you miss me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Quick update on last weeks goings on, DD was "let go" last week :eek::eek::eek::eek:

It turns out that this is what they do, take people on in abundance and then shed them just before the probation period is over. She is a lot lot calmer now, thank god, she was really really stressed the week before as she had a feeling that it would happen. In true trooper style she got 3 interviews in the hour after she left :T:T

Her BF has a new job and has double his salary and she is doing her final exam this week (how sh*tty of them to finish her right before her exam) There are lots I can say about the firm she worked for as a lot of things were happening but it would be a very very long post and you would nod off. Suffice it to say her fellow workers job is also being advertised so we can only presume she got booted out too.

Fair wise it was a bit of a disaster as usual, worked like a beaver the week before hand (hence dare not come on here as I would lose myself) I was very pleased with what I took but as per usual I had lot of people coming back again and again, telling me how they "soooooo wanted that one" but they were short of funds (because they spent their money at another stand) It's always the same, I get lots of ooogh and aaaagh's but not many sales. I have consulted other artists and they can't explain it either. I miss the "cheap as chips" brigade as I am slightly more but I also miss the "monied" spenders as they buy more expensive bears. I tend to get the ones who like good bears but are after it cheap. It's not a recent problem, it's been happening for the last few years.......................so if anyone has any ideas they would be very welcome.

Money.................................oh money what a disaster this month, way overspent, not much left but tomorrow is another month, so I WILL not get disheartened I WILL soldier on it has to get better than this :D:D

(monthly summery tomorrow, when I can look at it and not weep :rotfl:)
