    Hello Sue
There have been times when my knickers were 3 years old (not same ones worn for 3 years, I washed 'em ) My hair wasn't cut for 4 years. I went round with holes in my shoes and prayed it didn't rain.....................over the years I felt I was unworthy of anything................handbags to me are just pure luxury. (Karmacat that's the why) My first one spent the first 6 months of it's life in the wardrobe and every week I would remove it from it's dust bag and stroke it. To get to that point I lived extreme for many many years, don't do what I did, it's even harder to learn to value yourself from that depth.

Oh my gosh you have really been through it, so glad that you have turrned things around and that you are here on your MF journey.

The bunnies I like are the ones that appear on the bottom of your posts, I haven't seen apples bunnies but I am sure that they are very lovely too. I did see a sheep pretending to be a goat on someones diary, I think it could have been gallygirls. I spent so much time last year reading gallygirl, goldiegirl, tilly and ss squirrel when I was trying to change my attitude to money. And now I have your diary to enjoy too :)

Your work colleague doesn't sound very nice, I hope your memory stick turns up soon.

Take no notice of that work colleague...

Just catching up re make up etc...threw a big bagful away before we moved last year - some of it was ancient! I am now down to my regular stuff and a medium sized bag of make up for special occasions. It was a big relief - only bought one mascara and eyeshadow in the last 7 months and they were both 'essentials'.

Moving house really made me take stock of what I have and what I don't need. We did however say that if we weren't sure then we would take it with us. Now it's time to go through again and make some final decisions.

    Take care.

    :EasterBun:EasterBun:EasterBun this bunny :rotfl::rotfl:

Yes well life is never easy in our house, lost memory stick today, Swinton have sent my "debt" to a debt collector but things have been worse, the knickers and shoes are minor things :D:D had some real biggies too

I hope it does because it took me hours do make my craft labels and I really don't relish the thought of doing it again :(

Thanks MCI I am planning to throw it and make a note of what I do throw so I don't fall into the same trap again.

Work colleague is an *rse :rotfl::rotfl: He only needs to check his bank once a month because he makes sure he has plenty of money in it :mad::mad: I'm not ticked off about losing 5 years of reconciled bankings I'm ticked off about losing my daily interest spreed and my OP plan and my spending budget AND MY BUSINESS TEMPLATES and bears made list.................oh it just gets worse.

    :(:(:(

  • I feel exactly the same as you about make-up. I so rarely wear any I wonder why I have so much. A lot has been thrown out recently and hopefully will not need more for quite a while.

Fingers crossed your memory stick turns up.

    Thanks PrincessLou and EatingTheElephant

I hope it will because it will take me days to get the bare bones of it together again

I wear makeup to work and have only just recently started to wear it if we go out at the weekend :rotfl: What struck me was how long it lasted, had my current foundation for 7 months :D A blusher lasts 2 years. Really no need to buy it all :money:

  • Colleague sounds a bit of an @@se. Has your handbag got a hole in the lining, did it miss the make up bag and has somehow got into the lining?

It is so frustrating when things disappear. Gally would say to ask St Anthony to find it - I think that's right? Gally are you about to confirm?

Hope you can relax this evening.

    Best wishes Tilly x x

I had to stifle my laughter :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have done a thorough sweep of my desk draw, handbag, lunch bag and bin.................I only have my craft bag (at home) and the possibility it fell out on floor at home :mad:

Mind you I have been searching for my wide craft labels for a week only to discover this am that they are in my narrow craft label bag, which I have opened 3 times in that week and it's clear plastic :wall::wall::wall:

I like that one too :rotfl::rotfl:
