    Is it an MCOL claim ?
    If so what is the issue date ?

    It's MCOL because he's managed to acknowledge it online very late (today) but it was dated 20.1.16 so he needs to wallop in a defence as well and cross his fingers.

    I thought he had breathing space too. I think you are right. Still not sure who the OP phoned, hope it wasn't CEL to tip them off earlier this afternoon, to contact the court to enforce the claim by default. At least it is acknowledged today, better than it was this morning...

    Defo not spoken to CEL. It was the court I spoke to earlier.

    I had a letter the other day but the kids have moved from my desk and I cant find that. I'm sure that was what your referring to. Have searched everywhere with no luck. I'm really sorry.

    Just submit the defence CM kindly wrote for you and keep your fingers crossed
