I thought he had breathing space too. I think you are right. Still not sure who the OP phoned, hope it wasn't CEL to tip them off earlier this afternoon, to contact the court to enforce the claim by default. At least it is acknowledged today, better than it was this morning...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had a letter the other day but the kids have moved from my desk and I cant find that. I'm sure that was what your referring to. Have searched everywhere with no luck. I'm really sorry.0 -
