What is the weirdest thing you have found when you moved into your flat/house?

Removed the wallpaper in the lounge of my first flat to find someone had drawn a treasure map on the wall. I assumed it was a joke and just papered over it for the next person to find.0

We bought our current house without looking in the loft. The structural surveyor did go up there and made some comment to my OH along the lines "have you been up there, it's quite interesting" which we ignored. After we moved in we discovered the loft had been lined with insulating foil with about 20 power sockets and bright white lighting. I took one look and said ''previous owners were growing drugs!" OH thought I was being paranoid and said perhaps they had an electric train set or something. A month later we were burgled and when the police came they seemed quite surprised when we answered the door. We bought the house from a single mum and had the impression from the agent that she was selling up following a relationship break up. He forgot to tell us that it was because her partner had been sent to prison for drug dealing!0
