Pay day yesterday so paid off £118 so my total is now £461.

Bit of a delay with the bank switch so the £125 won't be in my bank account until 8th....so should be able to sneak a finish lol.

Also managed to change broadband and got £150 cash back as well as £100 on a prepaid card...this isn't due until May at the earliest so that will come in handy for challenge pt 22.....there will be a challenge pt 22 won't there Amara???

Ha, ha, of course it'll be another part. I've failed miserably this time. I really want to sort my overdraft. Maybe 28.03? Easter Monday, Easter, new beginning, rebirth, resurrection!

Ah Amara I'm looking forward to it already....I love the way these challenges focuses my mind on a debt rather than letting it drift.

How's the business going - getting any joy in getting those debts in?

Thanks , Getting theresometime, yes , I've recovered most of them. Business is doing well ( fingers crossed) but I struggle to find staff to help me. I've called recruitment company, maybe I'll hire someone that way.

Morning all.

I have made my payments today so my figure now stands at

888.74 - 74.49%

I wanted a nice jazzy colour but the computer is being naughty today.

I only have (ha ha) £304.26 to find to achieve my target. Could I do it in 19 days. £16.01 per day.

I'm not spending one penny unless it's necessary to do so to try and reach the big target. I have slipped at work in the last week due to being annoyed at my role being made redundant. Cakes and hot chocolate will not help finances or the waistline so they get not one more penny from me.

Woo! I'm so pleased! £1000 saved up and paid off. I've just paid the money over into my Barclays account, called them and asked them to remove the overdraft. They said it'll take one working day to be removed from my account.

I also removed one smaller debt of £120 today (Very account). Overall since the beginning of the year I've removed 4 of 9 debts (all the smaller ones, but hey).

That's one debt down. I'm thinking of challenging myself to get another debt cleared within the 100 days.
