Currently have 3 accounts, one for saving and the rest for other purposes. I try to maintain as less accounts as possible for the reason that I always mix up the passwords (gonna pound my head against a brick wall).
Nowt wrong with a" little black book", as long as you keep it safe.
  • Blimey, here I was thinking my 6 accounts was too many and that I needed to close one/some of them!!

    For the record:

Yorkshire Bank x 2 - 1 joint for bills, 1 sole for my own personal bills, spends, etc., from the days when my lousy credit meant beggars couldn't be choosers (and I started out with them back in the day). This account is now being switched to the M&S one having been accepted for that and getting the bonus.
Santander x 3 - 1 E-saver, 1 which I use to keep our work lottery syndicate money in and 1 basic cashcard account
Sainsbury's - started out with 6% interest in 1997 (I think) when I opened it (and my mum worked for Sainsbury's). Was going to close it when I got the Santander basic account but then found out my mum wants me to be co-sig on her account for when anything happens to her and I need to be a customer, so ended up keeping it although I think I cut my card up. Now using it for one of my challenges on here so without card I can't get to it (and I'm good at forgetting the login details)

Not really any point me having more as I don't have the money to go around!
