Own the house together.
If I remember correctly I put £3k down as the deposit with nothing from her. Maybe difficult to prove today though.0 -
If you aren't married, it may not be possible to split the pension (without a court order at least).
Transferring pension to another person breaks some of the special rules around the pension pot so it is normally only permitted on divorce. You can't just choose to do it.0 -
