Today, the Government department for Culture, Media and Sport answered questions from MPs on the following topics.
Broadband and mobile phones
What plans his Department has to ensure universal provision of fast or superfast broadband.
What assessment his Department has made of the rate of take-up of broadband grant vouchers by small and medium-sized businesses.
When he plans for a broadband universal service obligation to be in place.
What steps the Government has taken to improve mobile phone reception and broadband service in rural areas.
Welsh language
What plans he has to promote and strengthen the Welsh language.
