Yes Coupon-mad, After POPLA's no-authority I offered some complaints: to DVLA for sending keeper details to PE who seemed not to be prooving authority.. and also to BPA to see what words they might have about PE not providing up-to-date records of signage . It made no difference to my outcome, but may have highlighted to others how PE is working.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
