Hello,
The retail park you suggested is not the retail park in question, the place where the alleged parking event occurred does not have a website. I wonder how you came to suggest that location?
Great swathes of my posting seem to have fallen into a black hole. Including the appeal which I did eventually submit. The phone complaints to store managers were blown-off. Written replies included (M&S) "we..don't have any influence over Parking Eye, so we're unable to have the charges dropped", and Asda .."I would not be able to cancel the ticket as this would involve cancelling all customers tickets...". So I am concentrating on this appeal. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
HI FreyasmumSOS - I have not suggested any retail park in the postings and have no idea where you incurred the charge .
There is no evidence in the postings that this is even in Cheltenham, let alone Chelmsford and was supposition by Coupon-Mad.
My references to the discrepancies with signage relate solely on the evidence you have supplied in the links on post #17 of this thread which0 -

Have edited it to assist the OP but not for you.
No-One is 'scoring points ' you made a simple typographical error - get over it !!
Equally my postings on this forum are also free advice and there is no 'advertising' involved.0 -
I'm sorry I cannot see anywhere that I mentioned an evidence pack containing information about 26 signs or 3 hours max limit or a period of grace. -Is that information they send out to everyone who disputes a parking charge? Do all PE car parks claim to have 26 signs and offer 3 hours max parking? I cannot see how there is any discrepancy as I haven't argued about time or a period of grace. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Can't stay up to do forensic read now. will try over w/e, but I'm sure others will be here before then:-)
The links on this page show the response from Parking Eye and the rules and conditions Parking Eye state there are 26 signs located throughout the car park and this is a max 3 hour stay.
This contradicts some of your POPLA appeal where you refer to p&D - I am only going by documents you have supplied on this thread...
Do the rebutted points CM gave but with my additions and you will be fine I am sure this will win on no landowner contract :-)0 -

It wouldn't be the first time that Parking Eye have mixed up their site plan and documentation.
However, there is a contradiction with the OP's statement and number of signs and that supplied in the links provided - therefore this needs checking and as we don't have the unredacted evidence pack then the OP needs to check this..0 -

We see you advertising your business in every post via your sig, plus your habit of using this forum to respond to the complaints we see from your disgruntled customers!0 -
Just not true!
We see you advertising your business in every post via your sig, plus your habit of using this forum to respond to the complaints we see from your disgruntled customers!
Making assumptions again about disgruntled customers ?
I note you did not object when Coupon Mad replied to any customer queries raised on the forum...
I am hardly advertising a specific business in every post with the signature however and responded to posters and Newbies wanting to know which posters were involved in any commercial business on the forums...
Incidentally my previous signature was removed for stating the following:
Fight for your Consumer Rights
PCN Read the Newbie Thread
Parking Prankster - read web and blog.
So the fact that signature was removed and yet the forum team have seen my new signature should tell you something ;-)0
