To upload a photo/scan, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (Photobucket or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp (or remove it all together) and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've got a few posts under their belt.

Have PE not provided in the evidence pack a copy of any contract with the landowner or any signed witness statement from the landowner declaring that PE has their authority to operate?

If not, don't forget to highlight this in your rebuttal; this point alone will be enough for you to win

POPLA have extended my date to 29th Jan.
I've been up on road trip to see the car park, armed with camera. Not all signs where they are alleged to be. The entrance is poorly signed. There is no sign visible from where the car was parked. The sign closest to the car had such small print, it could not be read. I photographed all, but is it useful?
The pack does not contain any contract, merely a statement that they have a contract. There is no signed witness statement concerning a contract. I hope some of this is useful.

I think I've set up the photobucket so that other people can read those files (I hope not edit them). I think you need to go to photobucket and paste the Http address in. But this is all new to me and I may be doing it incorrectly.

Here is my first stab at a rebuttal- unable to get this hosted on imageshack so now on tiny. Is this the sort of thing I need to be writing? And is it OK to include my photos which challenge the stock from PE?
