    Up it to two emails per day. Keep upping it until,all are cancelled and you're on the whitelist :D

    Yeah, don't stop just because they asked you to. And if they block your email address start sending from disposable email addresses:

    https://mailinator.com/
    https://www.guerrillamail.com/
    http://10minutemail.com/10MinuteMail/index.html

    Keep going until they confirm you are whitelisted and all tickets cancelled!
