Expertise in police procedures does not equate to expertise of the law. Most coppers don't understand the law that they are there to enforce.
All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.

The internet has replaced "the bloke down the pub" for advice. Sieve out the BS and you'll be fine.
However it (internet) does seem to have created a large proportion of people who seem unable to make their own decisions in life without asking for others approval/acceptance/making the decision for them.
How on earth did we use to manage?

What evidence is there that "Most" don't understand the law , the Daily Mail ? How you can state that shows your ignorance and lack of respect , perhaps the reason you chose your user name ?
  • No policemen know the law, so if you say you are an ex police office i am less likely to take your advice, not more so.

    probably DM i reckon

There are lots who don't (remember what they did to Liddle Towers!)

But whether or not we respect the police is irrelevant (as is what paper we read) (And are you trying to tell us that we must believe what an ex policeman posts on here simply because he can prove his police record - the police make plenty of mistakes)

On every page there is a message saying "anyone can post...exercise caution...."

What i am saying is that if it is opinion that is fair enough , but actual fact is quite different. You want to learn Tennis do you speak to a mechanic or a Tennis Coach ? The fact that i have been involved in Police matters for 30 years must mean i have a better understanding than those that haven't? If that is not the case i will stop posting .

No, what you were saying was that we should "respect" you because you were a policeman!

Presumably that means (in your opinion) we must never question what you post as it would be disrespect (even when we know it is incorrect??)

eg. Why should we respect anyone so bigoted to continually post your disrespect of any Mail readers?

I will post no more then ( For your info the Daily Mail has been complained about numerous times by the Police Federation about its biased articles about the Police. The complaints number more than all the other National Newspapers put together - Hence the jibe at them in my earlier post. It is a major part of why so many people have the views they have on the Police ,which are an inaccurate reflection of reality)
