  • One UU tonight:

Burts Bees Lemon Cuticle Butter: Not something I would ever buy again as I haven't got dry cuticles but I wanted to use it up!

    Also GA 1 x shower gel, 2 x face masks, 2 x nail polishes, 1 x mascara, 1 x bath cream and 1 x bath salts as gifts.

Hello everyone, I will catch up with the thread later on (I hope) but I have two UUs tonight.

Clarins Daily Energizer Facial Wash : I have more in stash. I like the scent and how it feels. Like many Clarins products, this was also a LHJ.

1 Sachet of Sanctuary Ultimate Salt Scrub
. I'm out of body scrub unless I will find somewhere hidden. I will try to use Couple of travel sizes or if any other sachets I have before purchasing one.

  • A few UU to report from the last couple of days:

Boots extracts cranberry body butter 50ml - WBA really liked the scent of this and as with all boots extracts butters it was a nice thick formulation and sank in quickly. Would like to get this again but got loads of others to use first. Replaced it with a beauticology gingerbread butter.

Baylis and Harding sweet mandarin and grapefruit body wash 250ml- Wnba wasn't that bothered about the fragrance of this and I thought it was a bit watery at first. I had it in my swimming kit. Forgot about it for a few months and went swimming last night it had gone quite gloopy. Would use it again if recieved as gift but wouldn't buy it again for myself.

Tigi catwalk headshot reconstructive intense conditioner 200ml- WBA this is one of the most expensive conditioners I've ever bought but I thought it was worth the pennies. I love the packaging and I like that the minty scent hid the chlorine smell really well when I'd been swimming. It really sorted my hair out and stopped it being so dry afterwards too. a little went a long way. I've got another of these stashed but will probably buy another when that's gone. Really like this.

No UUs still but wanted to post about a gift I bought yesterday which seems rather lovely. Ordered Emma the Balm Mary Lou Manizer highlighter and it is gorgeous. I only swiped my finger across it you understand? It is so finely milled though that it left a mark and I had to wipe it with a tissue but all's good now. Was very pleased with the speed of delivery.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Really struggling to keep up this month, RL is awful. Hope everyone is well.

    I have UUs:

1/162. Molton Brown Ylang Ylang Body Wash 75ml - nice scent but I found this to be too runny and didn't lather well so poor value for money. Happy to receive as a gift but WNB.

2/163. L'Occitane Precious Cream 8ml - fine but overpriced IMO, WNB. I have another stashed and will probably take on hols as it's a great size fro travel and lasts well.

3/164. Elemis Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm 4g - real LHJ, this was a freebie from a long haul flight and I hated it - sooo waxy! WDNB. First lip balm I have ever UU I think!

4/165. Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep Recovery Night Gel Balm 3ml - freebie and WMB as I seem to get on well with Vichy products and this felt nice on my skin. I will be in need of moisturiser soon. Quite hard to tell from a small sample though.

Then the INs - a telltale sign of my busy-ness and general stress levels at the mo, Cyber Monday was not good fro my credit card :(

1-3/113-115. No7 Beautiful Skin Cleansing Oil 150ml x 3 - reduced to £5 and on 3 for 2 so was cheaper than buying one full price. Really not needed as I have a couple of back-up cleansers, but I have wanted to try for a while.

Then I bought two of the Elemis Anti-Ageing Eye kits in Debs sale - bargain at under £39 each as the two 15mls on their own cost £102 and the kit itself sells for much more elsewhere. Plus I also received a nice GWP which I will probably gift with one of the kits to my Mum.

    4/116. Elemis Pro-Collagen Hydra-Gel Eye Masks x 2
    5/117. Elemis Pro-Collagen Eye Renewal 15ml
    6/118. Elemis Pro-Collagen Advanced Eye Treatment 15ml

I also ordered a couple of items from Kiehl's to take advantage of the freebies but may gift these - will count them once I decide.

So not great - and I have Christmas gifts exchange #2 with family this weekend and am fearful of more INs!

I am making a parcel up to send to womens refuge, a selection of emery boards, toe separators etc and yet to look through make up as well as:-

    GA
    2 x 50ml Gatineau Refreshing Cleansing Cream
    50ml Elemis Tri-Enzyme Facial Wash
    30ml Clinique Comforting Cream Cleanser
    170gm Clinique Mild Facial Bar
250ml Crabtree & Evelyn Rose Body Lotion.

They also need things for small children to wear, I would like to include pants, socks, hair ties etc., but no inexpensive shops or large supermarkets here, so might have to hold off until after Christmas, cannot face shops until after the sales are over.

Could you tell me the name/address of the charity? I'd like to send some of my stuff too as I won't be able to go through them before leaving.

UU 30 ml Vichy Purete Thermale 3 in 1. Nice stuff. Have more in stash.

There is a refuge local to me, but I cannot remember how to get things to them, so I am sending to Give and Make Up as per Caroline Hirons blog
