No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries December 2015

Just back from my US trip, hope everyone's getting there with the Christmas shopping, not finished here which is unheard of for me. I'm usually done before December. I'll start with the UUs:

So the UUs pretty much as planned through possibly brought a few too many lip balms but I do get through them and Burt Bees we much cheaper than in the UK:money::money:

2 x sweet pea Bath and Body Works shower gels and 2 x body lotions
Japanese cherry blossom Bath and Body Works shower gel and body lotion
Burt Bees 3 x 4piece multi packs (mango, pomegrante, coconut & pear & pink grapefruit

My friend bought me a birchbox for xmas so thats my IN for this month. I also bought a cushion foundation from a Korean brand to try as my current foundation just doesn't seem to be cutting it.

OUT's -
GA's include 3 lotions, 2 lip balms, 2 soaps for xmas pressies
UU's include 1 lush bath bomb, lush sympathy for the skin lotion, Lush bubble bar, Lush buffy body scrub

Macadamia deep something mask WBA HG have just ordered another one. Love the way my hair feels after using this so have bought the 1lt size.

Glam glow ( white one) WNBA it works fine but I don't like the smell will stick with the black coloured one.

UU Liz Earle Botanical Shine Shampoo GWP size. Didn't like this. It is for "all hair types" and felt a bit drying for mine.

No UU at present but got a few GA's from stash that I will use as Xmas presents as they are still brand new, some are duplicates and I don't need more than 1 of stuff! Saves me going out and buying more beauty items as presents, might as well use things I already have. One friend is having a load of Avon bits and bobs to go with her main present (which is something for her horse that she wanted, so giving her something just for her too, she deserves a pamper).

So GA will be:

Avon secret fantasy star perfume (still boxed)
Avon cocoa butter hand cream
Avon naturals apple blossom body mist
2 x Avon nail varnishes (still in boxes)
Vaseline cocoa butter lip Tin
2 x champers vanilla shower gels (shower gels shaped as champagne bottles, my wine/champagne loving friend should like these)
Christmas lip balm with owl design on

Well isn't Christmas approaching fast? It's gone from lurking to sneaking up on us!

I have a UU, or rather a give away (GA?) Sanctuary Hand Set (1 hand soap + 1 hand cream).

I hate to read and run but there is a lot to do so I hope you are all well and bashing down your stashes. Mine is stable and I will be using it up consistently. I have no plans to add to it except for a few small bits I need make-up wise and hand sets; I stock up on them in January in the sales and use them all year round.

5/166. Sanctuary Foaming bath Soak 250ml - WNBA but would happily use if gifted, repurposed as shower gel and did the job just fine. Smells gorgeous.

I love this hair mask too, I don't know what is in there that works the magic but my hair is sooooo soft after using it.

I have a batch of uu's

Elemis Herbal Lavender Repair Mask 50ml - this is a nice lavender scented clay mask which doesn't dry so is easy to wash off. I leave it on for about 15/20 minutes (they say 10) and it does a good job. I have another full size tube in the stash plus a ton of other masks so no need to hunt it down for now but I do actually prefer Guinot Mask Essential which is similar but better.

Elemis Melting Cleansing Gel 100ml - I think the turning into a milk is just a gimmick, I just applied it and removed with a hot cloth and I think the cloth did most of the work really. I have another full size in the stash which I will use but WNBA, although both of these were generous GWP so didn't actually buy them.

Sanctuary Spa Therapists Secret Facial Oil 50ml - WDBA, this is lovely, I apply at night, leave for a few minutes then top with my usual night cream, in summer I would just use one or the other.

Laura Mercier Golden Honey Musk Body Souffle 200ml - this is very scented as are all of her products that I've tried, this scent gets a bit overpowering and it really lingers on the skin, WNBA but I do have another full set (bubble bath/souffle) which I will still enjoy using up.

Hi ladies! Very busy with work! One UU/TA today:

Superdrug Killer Volume Dry Shampoo 150ml: WORST dry shampoo I've ever used! Made my hair grey even with lots of shaking and made my hair so chalky/dry/crusty that I couldn't bear to use it again! Back to my HG COLAB ones!
