You've obviously not read the OP's later posts.Don't pay then, let us know how the court case goes
Realising he/she/it has made an utter fool of himself/herself/itself, he/she/it now claims it was all part of an 'educational experiment'. :rotfl:Thank you all for taking part in an educational experiment. This has concluded for phase 1 of the test.
Again, thank you all.0 -
Threads like this serve to remind me that there really are some very strange people in the world , and I often wonder what its like to walk a day in their shoes ..
It intrigues me that there are people walking round out there whos brains must work in a completely different way than my own, and it makes me wonder what life is like for them ..
That switch to "this is an educational experiment" is just bizarre !!0 -
It truly is an unsafe world we live in.

OP ethically you owe the money and - more importantly - legally you owe the money. The retailer has 6 years to chase you for it. At the end of the six years, you still owe the money - you just have a defence in court of "statute barred".You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Do you know, despite the daftness of it all, I just wish that someone had pointed out that as early as the first post, Ethically, needed to be replaced with Legally.0
