I think you are missing the point others are seeing.

Others see payment has to be made for product purchase - I agree
Others see no inconvenience has caused - that is judgement being passed unnecessarily
Others see deceiving has happened - that is judgement being passed unnecessarily
Which is that you are seeking some legal excuse to act unethically

Again that is judgement being passed unnecessarily?

Why did you bother to come and ask a question when you seemingly have the only answer that you want stuck in your mind ?

Really are you for real or just that daft.

Ethically, it is only right to pay for the product we buy, but repeat paying has caused inconvenience for me. Aren't you worried anybody just pays unsolicited money into your account? We live in a dangerous world...sadly...

FGS - it was a mistake by a company you did business with.
Not the !!!!! or a terrorist group doing some money-laundering. :rotfl:

I think it's you who are missing the point.

You have been asked several times to explain what inconvenience you have suffered.
    You have not done that.
So no wonder 'judgement has been passed'.

It's not unsolicited, you had a contract with them. It would only be unsolicited if you'd had zero contact. Hope that helps.

People have only 'passed judgement' as you have refused to explain what inconvenience you have suffered. :wall:

A lot of the replies here are repugnant in their tendency of passing judgements... sadly...

There is nothing repugnant in condemning those who aim to behave in a way they themselves know is unethical.

    I very much doubt it.

    Oh yes.

Having a company that you ordered goods from refund your payment in error is really 'unsafe'. :rotfl:
