got to laugh, received a reply from C(po*e who I havent sent the 2nd form to yet, that they sent after my first claim for ppi.

they have offered me £12.86 without investigation. :rotfl: would love to know where that amount has come from! sure I paid more than that!

unfortunately I dont have any statements, will have to have a rummage at some point see if I can find at least one.

but there is no way that is what I paid, so off to foc I go

Sorry - I have fallen off the wagon and the radar... Real life has a horrid habit of getting in the way sometimes and I am terrible in the run up to Christmas. Still, work is done for a fortnight - so once I spend a couple of days catching up on sleep then I should manage to resume business as usual.
