Hugs CBC. You are right. I didn't realise we had clear skies and no rain. When DH gets up I will wash bedding and hang outside. He has been working overtime and is shattered.
Still woke me up at 5am though! He forgot to turn his alsrm off!!0 -
I been going through my phone and making sure am logged into all my phone apps. I bought a memory card to increase phone memory and so can have more apps, now I don't have a tablet. Might ask Dh to buy me a new one from argos and stick on his bank account insurance.
I have told him don't want much for xmas even though could do with jeans, boots and a couple more tops. Easier if i choose my own jeans and trousers lol. He buys lovely boots and tops but jeans are hopeless.0 -
Anyone with a nectar card?
If you have a smartphone put app on your phone and check into offers daily. Until 6 January if you log into offerd and upload to card daily one specific offer, xhance to win utpo 1 million nectar points.
Can do on website too. Try to get into a habit of checking the offers weekly as they have one currently for argos. Spend £2.50 in points there and they will give you 1000 nectar points in 30 days worth £5.0 -
Gosh people pay real money for STONES ?? Tell me more
Lx
I think with the size of the bay and the competition, you've got to keep looking for something which is "Niche" or else you have to sell for next to zero, so I continue to look for unusual bits and pieces which may be desireable to someone.
This was a small stone with quite a nice fossil showing well - so I thought "Well it's Xmas - someone must know somebody who would like it ....."- and about £20 seemed to be the "About right" price to pay for a prezzy

A bit of a quiet week but 5p picked up yesterday, 2p picked up today and £1.65 from Waitrose - I bought 2 nets of clementines @ £1.65 each, 2 for £2 but there were 2 mouldy ones in one net so I took them back, got a replacement and the £1.65 back too. Now at £242.15. Keep it up everyone.
Does this mild weather affect how Christmassy you feel? I'm finding it hard to get into the Christmas spirit when there are daffodils, primroses, irises and lilac buds in the garden.
Still, it saves on the heating!0 -
I'm not in much of a Xmas mood but agree with the mild weather it doesn't't feel like decemberNonnadiluca wrote: »A bit of a quiet week but 5p picked up yesterday, 2p picked up today and £1.65 from Waitrose - I bought 2 nets of clementines @ £1.65 each, 2 for £2 but there were 2 mouldy ones in one net so I took them back, got a replacement and the £1.65 back too. well done. it will add up. don't forget to check your app for spins. if you get any you can win more points as well as rewards. I saw on their facebook page someone won 250 points with their spin! don't forget to leave your referral too on referral page. Also watch out for their emails as they often have little surveys with extra points.
just don't order teh argos digital reward. I haven't been able to cash mine out anywhere and bounts are not being very helpful0 -
emailed you Shariann and Sugarplum
good luck0
