I hope that my sister will actually calm down a bit after the baby is born and actually let somebody else do something/anything for her for a change because she never ever does and she always seems to be the one that is running about after absolutely everybody making sure that they are ok and have everything that they need even now when she is just out of hospital and should really be resting.

I think she will slow down when baby is born. I used pre baby time to stock things up in the freezer, and cupboards, i made sure everything was bought in and so i knew i could have a rest- OH was very good at not doing:cool: especially food wise, mind you i probably would not have put on more weight so i should have let him feed us. It may be a help to her that you are in the house, and she seems to have really wanted you to move in, so i think you are probably contributing more than you realise. Try and make sure she rests and include thoughtful little gestures to help her with this -cups of tea, mags or books by favourite authors, dvds etc.sneakily making her sit down and rest and at the same time making you put your foot up and rest too:rolleyes: see i told you i was bossy.
It looks like I have quite a long wait to the point when I will be thinner than her thenbecause she is still fitting into all of her normal clothes with room to spare. Our house is already fully stocked up fully to the point where we would probably have enough of everything to survive post nuclear fall out because she keeps a large chest freezer fully stocked with lots of little plastic tubs of preprepared meals just incase of emergencies (or any meal times that I find that I am home alone:rotfl: ) and the cupboards are always full to bursting point as well. But like my brother in law it is probably safest that I stay as far away from the kitchen as possible because I will certainly never make it onto Masterchef. :rotfl: I really do try and get her to sit down and rest but sometimes I think it might actually be easier trying to teach a tiger to eat with cutlery. I am not sure about this one but I think that she actually only wanted me to move in so that she knew I could pay my debts off and still have a reasonable standard of living so I am probably really only contributing to her peace of mind because I really do not seem to be in any other way at all.Debt August 2007 - £38,204.58 - Completely Debt Free - May 2008 - Now Proudly Saving.DFW Nerd Number 684 - Proud To Have Dealt With My Debts:heartpuls Very Proud Aunty Ciara :heartpuls0 -
I was dragged to the pub completely against my will honestly by my brother in law because he wanted to discus what he has got my sister for valentines day and I feel sick now. But the good news is that I did get a few free drinks.
I have been so busy today that I almost forgot to update my debt totals with this being payday and all. I had £300.00 left over in the bank from last month so I added this to my paypal money of £470.00 which cleared today and my usual £725.00 payment which means that I have sent £1,495.00 off to those lovely people at Buchanan Clark and Wells which means that I still owe them £8,305.00 now which is still a long way to go by August.

Ciara, you've cleared almost £30,000 in just a few months. Give yourself a break hun, you're doing amazingly well
I wish someone would drag me to the pub, ohh I'd put up such a fight:rotfl:

But I have only managed to clear that because I have been taken in and looked after by my sister so that my only overhead at all is my phone so that I can concentrate on clearing my debts and I am 24 years old and seem to have less responsibility for looking after myself than a 14 year old.Believe me you probably would if you had had to put up with the sickening conversation that I did just for some pints. :rotfl:

It's been AGES since I had a pint in a pub. I'm very good at listening without actually hearing, so I would've been fine :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I need to learn to do that and still be able to look sincere because hearing that he is giving my sister a house so that she feels secure had me unable to decide between laughing myself silly or being sick on the spot.:rotfl:
