That was exactly my response and I am sure that my face was an absolute picture while I was digesting this information. :o :rotfl:

I have to ask the next question- ahem- 'Is it true that they don't wear anything under their kilts ?' Not that I expect you to know from experience of course. ;)

I am really not too sure about that and thankfully I did not receive any offers from anybody to show me because apart from my attempts to dance it was really quite a dignified event. :rotfl:

Help me I am in severe agony and can barely manage to hobble along to the kitchen to get food never mind into the dining room to eat it and my sister is still making me do the car boot sale tomorrow. I was hoping that she had forgot about this because I really did not enjoy the last one and it was not nearly as cold there and I was also not in pain then either but I do not think that I can face being made to do this. :o I just want to sit at home in the warmth with my feet up resting tomorrow so that I am actually able to stand up on Monday when I go back to work.

I am thinking about it but my pain is overwhelming me and I am just not a very natural people person anyway so I would struggle at the best of times but she has hired a transit van and is busily bossing about my brother in law and some of his poor friends who were silly enough to offer to help so it looks like there is no way out of it for me. :o I keep forgetting just how big this house is and just how much of a hoarder that she is and it is looking like there will not actually be enough room in the van for everything that she has earmarked to go. I think that I might just offer to keep making hot drinks for everybody tomorrow so that I will look busy. :D

I was up at half past four this morning getting ready for the car boot sale and it was absolutely horrible and I never want to do that again and I really do not envy shift workers who do this every day because I simply just could not cope with it. :o The car boot sale went amazingly well and we managed to get an undercover spot which I am sure was slightly warmer. I was given a directors chair to sit on and a crate under one of the tables to keep my sore ankle up on so it was not too uncomfortable and I managed to take part in the selling but like the last time I kind of took a back seat and let the more extrovert characters do what they are good at. :D It was actually a lot of fun and I felt far less self conscious than I did the last time so I will definitely consider doing more of these in the future.

It was actually quite good fun but I think that that was more to do with the company because a few of my sisters friends and a few of my brother in laws friends came along to help out and we had a really good laugh. We did make quite a lot of money but that is because we had a transit van full to bursting point of quite a lot of the contents from her house which is very big and has a lot in it. :o We managed to make a grand total of £859.90 all together although I was not impressed at all by the bucket sat beside me with a notice taped on that said "Penny for the Cripple" on it and kept hiding it so we never got any money from that.:D
