I am starting to get nervous about my ebay listings because I have received a message from the current highest bidder on the xbox asking if I will sell it for less than the actual amount that their current bid is already at which seems very odd and I am now worried about whether or not this person is an actual genuine bidder or what on earth is going on.
The hilarity seems to be continuing here though because I eventually told my sister that my children think that she looks like a certain soap character in fact they think she actually is her and it did not go down well at all and she is really not impressed in the slightest bit but her husband and me have not stopped laughing since and my sides are really starting to hurt.

What sort of feedback have they got hun?
And what soap character?0 -
Hi Ciara dare you tell us, on an open forum, which soap character your sis resembles ? Will she ever forgive you ?Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

They have 99.8% positive feedback which is really good so I know that I should not be suspicious and just trust them but the request just seems really strange because why would you bid an amount if you do not want to pay it and want to pay a lower amount.
She will be extremely annoyed about me telling you but she is already holding a grudge against a group of 10 year olds and she is threatening not to buy them any Easter Eggs because of it so I might as well just tell because she promised never to look at this forum again anyway.
It started off with a group of three girls spotting her coming in to meet me who then told all of the others and they are all convinced that the perma tanned tramp from Eastenders is an old friend of mine from home. :rotfl: My sister is very very bitter about this. :rotfl:

Ciara I don't watch Eastenders so I've no idea who you mean. Mind you I don't watch any soaps any more so it could have been anyone from any soap and unless they are really well known like Vera from Corrie I wouldn't have a clue.Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. I am not a soap fan either but I do sometimes read newspapers when somebody else buys them and leaves them in the staff room the girl is called Stacy and my sister is really offended because some of the people at her work have mentioned a similarity before but she just thought that they were joking because she is English but now she thinks that they think that she is actually like this character and that they have a very low opinion of her and her ability to do her job.Coincidentally this could not be any further from the truth because when it comes to her work every single member of her team thinks that she is amazing and generally super human on both a professional and on on a personal basis and they always seem to have done from the first time that I met any of them.

Backing up a couple of posts, Ciara, I didn't realise you had children! And you mention "a couple of 10 year olds", have you got twins?
Good luck with the ebaying. I would ignore the email from the highest bidder. Wait till the auction ends and if he doesn't pay the bid price leave him a strike and offer to the 2nd highest.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Thank you I am very pleased but the only problem is that I am now left with literally nothing but myself to sell now so I am just going to have to work really hard.No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30

I actually have 27 children and there are even twins and triplets included.Thankfully my difficult and awkward customer was outbid near the end of the auction and the person who won has already sent the payment to me through paypal so I do not have to worry about the amount that I am actually going to receive for it.
My other items have all ended now as well and I am just waiting for all of the payments to come through before I go and annoy the Post Office staff.
