  • It was only last Tuesday so maybe I will have a while longer to wait then. I do not think I ever actually get paid any overtime because the same amount goes into my bank regardless of how many hours I work so I do not need to worry about explaining that one. Thankfully when my sister was here we organised all my paperwork into a filing system so I will be able to find all documentation really easily when I need to get it to send back. :D

  • Hi I've just read your entire thread. What a great week! I wouldn't include pub income on DMP as there is always some emergency that comes a along that you won't have the money for. We included everything and last month had an horrendous car repair bill and don't think we'll catch up til Oct.
Give me good warning of yours and SS's wedding so I can get a hat;)
If anybody wants to flirt my way feel free, could with with an ego boost!!

Going off track but I'd like to thank all you ladies who got drunk at christmas parties and fell pregnant, I getting loads of extra shifts at the moment. So on behalf of all the DFW Midwives THANKS!!
Why didn't someone kick me up the backside earlier:mad:

  • Thank you for reading my crazed ramblings about my desperate attempt to sort my life out. :D I am going to keep my pub earnings separate and save them up so that I can either settle an outstanding debt when I eventually have enough saved for that but if any emergencies crop up I will also have a buffer zone available because I think that the Bank of Older Sister may well be closed to me for the time being!

As for relationships and weddings I am strictly single for life because once you have committed to someone they will always end up lying and cheating in the end no matter what they tell you.

  • If anybody out there thinks that their relatives are in way strange at all please do a comparison to mine. I was visited about an hour ago by a friend of my brother in law saying that he had been sent to deliver something from my sister but would not tell me anymore until I had agreed to read the letter that he had brought so I opened it and read it and am now convinced that my she is completely mad. :D It was a letter from her car introducing itself to me and asking if it could come and live with me and is the funniest thing I think that I have ever read. :rotfl:

So it looks like I now have a car again. :D

Oh my goodness, your sister is amazing

In fact, didnt you give her away last week, which makes her our sister :D

I'm stressing because I've lost my school issue academic year diary - everyone else had theirs today.

  • You would need to read the letter to totally understand just how amazing/crazy she really is. :D

  • Is your school the type of one where you are expected to have it on your person at all times or can you manage to blag the excuse that you prefer an A4 sized diary because it gives you far more space to plan more effectively? ;)
