They are truly horrific things but the problem is that they seem like such a good idea at the time. I think that technically my job is totally unrelated to my degree as well but I did use it to get on the post grad course.Debt August 2007 - £38,204.58 - Completely Debt Free - May 2008 - Now Proudly Saving.DFW Nerd Number 684 - Proud To Have Dealt With My Debts:heartpuls Very Proud Aunty Ciara :heartpuls0 -

I admit that I am working extra jobs but even then I did not actually find them for myself they were offered to me by friends of my sister and even then I think both men might have found themselves being coerced somehow into making those offers but I will not concern myself with that aspect of it because I am at least making extra money.Debt August 2007 - £38,204.58 - Completely Debt Free - May 2008 - Now Proudly Saving.DFW Nerd Number 684 - Proud To Have Dealt With My Debts:heartpuls Very Proud Aunty Ciara :heartpuls0 -

i would love to teach...thats what i really want to do my degree is in drama& arts education but due to small things in the way (like being homeless!!!) i couldn't do my pgce as i needed to get a ful time paying job and a flat to live in. i've been looking again recently to see if there is anyway that i could do it at the moment but keep coming up against a brick wallThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

You can move in any time because there is plenty of room but just make sure that you are not offended easily and be prepared for a slightly different lifestyle.:rotfl:

One thing that I have learned off of my sister is that persistance is the key and that no matter what anybody says if it is what you want you just keep trying anyway and you will eventually get there.I am sure that I read somewhere that there is now some sort of grant scheme in place to help with recruiting more teachers but I do not know the details.

i've registered on the govbernment teaching website and they sendong me a pack...think grants are mostly for shortage subjects...drama is not classed as shortage, can't teach primary as i dont have gcse science grade c or above! i'm not giving up i just really need to leave my job at the mo as i'm beginning to hate it now!!The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:
