Hi Everyone
Just registered on the forum today and planning on saving next year so can I join in with your challenge ? Please put me down for £24,000 this will be a stretch as who knows what can come along during the year but I am hopeful I can make it and it's good to have something to work towards.
Once I get my number I will update the form and signature.25/11 – 24/12 NSDs 4/30

Ah just missed out on update! I'm up to £9500 for this year and December pay pack should see me meet my target! Blooded, sweat and tears to get to this point but very happy!:T
Can you also put me down for £5000 for next year. Much lower target as next year will be a big spending year. No point in saving if u can't spend it in the end tho!
Many thanks SF for running this all year and taking it on next year!

Oops just realised I've posted in wrong forum. Need to get eyes tested!April 2021: Total debt £16016

Please can I join with a target of £3000.
I will be including all long term savings so my savings account, s and s ISA and my funding circle total.
Many thanks0 -
Interesting how everyone does it a little differently, but for me
Everything added up at the end of the month
minus
Everything added up at the end of the previous month
In other words, net increase/decrease each month rather than any defined separate savings.
Same with me - net increase.0 -

I think the net increase/decrease is more accurate representation of you overall savings compared to outflow. Gives an idea of what's you overall networth as well. I think this is the method i shall use.
