you will not receive a "court summons" because its a civil matter

you may receive a court claim, from a court, instigated by the PPC, but even that will not be a summons

google small claims court and read up about it (its been going since 1973)

hell NO, its when you get the answer you want and are happy with, dismiss court from your mind especially from those crankies

The crankies will not take you to court if they cannot or will not answer your questions. Hey, stick to your guns
Any court failure by the crankies is a MINUS against them which as they know will be broadcast everywhere, they may be pig nasty but not that stupid

What you need to understand is that this incestuous wild bunch simply cannot continue, we will not let them. Whatever it takes, The Law society, the DVLA, THE MEDIA, THE MP's, Government, OFT, WHOEVER, the wild bunch are on a train to nowhere. We simply cannot have a law firm knowingly ripping people off
There are 3 companies who operate from the same address
1: Gladstones Solicitors and their debt collectors
    2: IPC (Independent Parking Committee)
3: IAS ( Independent Appeals Service)

They were in court 3 times last week so what is the basis for your comment?

    Go see PALS.

clearly, the people did not listen to advice, that's why

Maybe the people were silly enough to use IAS, who did not know about this site, there will always be a few who pass through the net

No doubt you can add a link about this so others can see

35,000 claims so far this year. 3 - 4,000 days in court. There is a distinct gap between your views - which you are entitled to - and the confirmed detail.

Get the principal (PALS/Trust to cancel)

very odd, my knowledge is there are only 365 days in a year.

Regardless, it is not just hospitals so PALS will mean nothing to those ticketed in Tesco's
  • I've now received my NTK, from the advice I've been given, am I right in thinking the best/only response to the PPC should be to ask for a VAT invoice.

    A couple of questions please...

    1) could I be asked if I'm VAT registered (I'm not) and for my number, in their response?
    2) if I AM sent one, what do I do next??

I've seen on other recent threads involving UKCPM that Parking Prankster has done a good appeal template for IAS on his Blogspot..but I just can't find it on there...
    Can anyone help please?

*thanks for all your help so far, BEAMERGUY especially...*

IAS IS A KANGAROO COURT AND A WASTE OF SPACE !!

you should still query the vat , regardless , plus use the appeal template too, just dont expect anything to come of it, and some people would say ignore after the PPC appeal, others say appeal anyway, just dont expect an outcome
