Have you been replying by email to keep them in conversation and aim to stop them from issuing a claim?

Copied this over from where you posted it:Hi Coupon, I not sure where my action has got to but this OP is almost identical circumstances. My last letters received are from PE (dated 7th June - Letter before County Court Claim) and DRP (dated 17th August - Letter before referral for legal action). I've heard nothing since, and not sure what to do next. Any advice as Ive already had POPLA finalised?
Stick to replying on this thread which bumps it back to the top. Sounds like PE do have a problem with evidence regarding this site and are less than keen on sending out a court claim...that's the only reason they would have reverted to DRPlus IMHO.
Ignore DRPlus/Zenith letters.

Good to know they can still cancel these even though Smart were kicked out by Asda.
Also I think I've seen on a forum somewhere that PE have been kicked out of Tower Road now and Smart Parking have taken over instead?0 -

Not seen this reply. I havent written to anyone since the popla appeal, should I be sending something to PE? Is the a stop claim conversation to be had?Coupon-mad wrote: »Have you been replying by email to keep them in conversation and aim to stop them from issuing a claim? Ok thanks, yeah the other post has same circumstances, but shes managed to get hers cancelled it looks like, without further contest from PE. Wonder where I have gone wrong.Coupon-mad wrote: »Copied this over from where you posted it:

So the exact wording in the PE letter from 7th June is "Letter Before County Court Claim". That was 7th June. I since received the DRP ones which I have ignored. Do I need to do anything further with PE as POPLA appeal was unsuccessful, or prepare for court letter and some rebuttal?0 -

Hi Coupon, do you mean this and copy in parking eye?Coupon-mad wrote: »What happened as regards your draft email complaint like everyone else who has lost to a dreadful POPLA decision is doing?
Not to 'info' but to complaints@popla.co.uk and addressed to Mr Gallagher (like everyone else has done). Search for 'Gallagher' on this forum.0
