Answer to claiming OSPS Cashback - an email from OSPS Customer Services

I ordered another phone from OSPS last week on the "11 months free rental" deal (just missed the 12-month offer), and although it arrived with the vouuchers, there was no schedule for cashback claims. I queried this with CS by email, and after some prompting for a reply got the following answer (1)

With regards to how to claim your cash back, can you please send us a copy June's bill when you receive it along with your claim form and we will send you a cheque in the post.

This did not make clear what proportion would be rebated then, and if any more claims were needed so after another email answer (2) was:

There are 2 other claims that will need to be made.
the second one you will need to send us a copy of Octobers bill and the third, a copy of February's bill.

I was surprised that the timetable seemed rather different from my existing contract taken out in January (months 4, 8, and 12), and concerned lest they were confusing the two, so answer (3) was quite illuminating:

We are currently merging with Car Phone Warehouse so they will most likely have a different payment scheme than ourselves as all the phone we send out now come from them.
