Answer to claiming OSPS Cashback - an email from OSPS Customer Services
Dear Mr S
Thank you for your recent email. With regards to your cashback query, a
full copy of either bill, 10th April or 10th May, is fine. The bill must
be from no more than 30 days before the beginning of, and before the
expiration of, your claim period. Your redemption period for this claim
expires on 30th May.
Kind Regards
Customer Support

I purchased a contract from you on 16th December with cashback at M4, M8
and M12. My provider bills come dated the 10th of each month. Which
bill do you need to see to authorise the M4 payment - the April 10 bill
or the May 10 bill?
I have tried to call you but the customer service line is always
engaged.
Thanks
Michael

Do not waste time and just send them copies of both bills. You have 45 days after end of m4 etc.
P.S. Send by recorded mail!0 -
do you want details of all my deals as well?
there already was a thread about this subject; you could have easily added to it0 -
Thx Andy88 - at least 2 threads recently plus more in the past - however I thought rather than burying it at the end of 100 posts if I started a new thread with an email from osps stating the conditions in black and white people might find it useful, sorry if you didn't. I hope you get your money back from Orange for your simply-fone call sell on business.I think....0

Not all of the people you are claiming to help are as inattentive as you.michaels wrote:I hope you get your money back from Orange for your simply-fone call sell on business.
This suggestion is a figment of your imagination; I have criticised people for claiming (whether they actually did so or not) to have done this - overuse which may have brought Orange to their decision.
As already said, Orange have refunded me 45p and I see no reason to doubt their promise of a further 76p.
I had also already replied elsewhere on the subject of this thread, but that passed you by too. Other people discussed OSPS promptness in paying; I commented that the cheque came in less than a week.0 -

It is now getting onto 4 weeks since I sent my first cashback claim via recorded delivery. If I phone them do customer services have details of cashback claims received or will they fob me off to some other department. Also what address is everyone sending to - the website is different to PO BOX one on the back of the cashback vouchers!!!
The issue that worries me most since CPW bought OSPS is I checked their website and they have changed their FREE LINE RENTAL link to DISCOUNTED LINE RENTAL. Less competition look likes those offers may start drying up!!!In the words of Jerry Maguire "SHOW ME THE MONEY"0 -
sent our cash back on 16 th april ..... recd chq on friday0

I do not think that their customer services have some special department.donerkebab wrote:... My papework states clearly:
'...Send this to the address shown below...'
The 'address shown below' is:
One Stop Phone Shop
Datum House
Crewe Business Park
Crewe
CW1 6ZT
- the same as on their website.
Also: 'Wihtin 21 days you will receive a cheque...'
I think it is still worth phoning them.0 -
I think they moved a few months ago but would assume that they would get stuff sent tothe old addressI think....0
