Dave's Insanity Sauce claims to remove driveway grease stains. I bought some of this from the US, but you can buy it in the UK as well.

I use the Elbow Grease grease remover from £1 shop, or even the Engine Cleaner they do.. we do a lot of work on the drive on our cars to save on garage costs (like today) so happens a lot. Good pressure washer usually helps too, or a hose with your finger on it.
One day I might be more organised...........

We dug out the offending blocks using an old wire coathanger - then turned 'em over and reinserted them......Job Done !

I've just seen that the truck the fencemen are using is leaking a small amount of oil, on my lovely (and newish) block paved driveway.

Any suggestions on how to get the stain out, please?

If it is only a small amount, you could just replace the block(s) that are stained, it is an easy job to replace blocks.
