Why do I feel PETTY when shops overcharge me?

I got 2 bottles of eye drops at Superdrugs and the shelf price was £3.99 each. Got to the checkout and the assistant said 'That's 78p. Oh no. you've got a multi buy so thats 20p off so it's 58p' So I asked if I could buy some more at that price and she said 'Yes, you can have as many as you like. I can't change the price on the till' So I got another six! Now my dilemma is: Do I complain to Superdrug that I have been undercharged and offer to pay the correct price or do I go back and get some more!!!
Superdrug are notorious for not regularly checking the ticket prices and 342, e.t.c offers.
I moved to shopping online at a push, due to the numerous issues in store!0 -
This is MSE so we should all be picking up on overcharges at the till.
My pet hate is Asda who twice recently have refused to do a £2 gift card following an overcharge (it is their policy to do so). A couple of minutes on live chat sorts that out but it costs them extra to send them by post. I would love to 'retrain' some of the staff at my local branch who seem to think its the customers fault that they were overcharged. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'
