Job application treated unfairly

I understand and apologies for going off
I am easy with the recruiter but when people atarted to take the p*ss here I had enough
I am not begging to hire me and can walk away
What is driving me nuts is, I worked so hard for this and their reason for refusal is like stabbing me in head . That is the pain i have
If it was competence or anything else i could have said well they don't like me and that is the end of it
But i think it is due to race or other reasons .
while i trust the recruiter, i think his interest will be to work with the company long term and not to truly represent me hence why I think i should cut the middle man
I certainly would not want to take any legal action but if i have been played with I will0 -

Where did this suddenly spring from? You've not said anything up to now that would indicate your race was an issue.0 -
Do you have any proof to back up your claim "But i think it is due to race".
Id let it go and move onto the next job.0 -
If you were going to be turned down on grounds if race, it would have happened long before interview no 11. Now you're clutching at straws.
The recruiter isn't there to represent you. They are after their commission from the company for placing a successful candidate. That may be you. It may be another candidate they've put forward. As long as they get paid, they don't care about candidates as individuals - they can't afford to.
.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

I think you are ignorent and dumb and others that don't read the full history Well at least I can spell ignorant, which suggests that I am not as dumb as someone who walks out on a secure job expecting to be handed another job just because they want it. And we all read the "full history". What we didn't do is agree with you. That is neither dumb nor ignorant.
I posted this thread to ask for advise not receive blam from some fools, excuse the language as this is referring to the odd replies You got the advice you asked for. The fact you don't like that advice is down to you being dumb and ignorant.
I was on 90 days notice and before deciding to quite , i applied for job for 6 month and had number of offers that needed me to start in 4 weeks so no 90 days isn't usual I presume that you agreed to the contract? Yes - you must have. So you knew what the notice period was. That isn't a reason to walk away from a perfectly good job. Any employer worth working for understands that people must work their notice. And I assume you were expecting that, if the boot were on the other foot, you would expect your employer to respect the notice period - or is it only you that gets your own way in life?
I then decided to hand in notice and look for jobs again and it worked Yes, it worked. You had a job. Which you were willing to walk away from within weeks for another job. Exactly how do you think this demonstrates commitment?
I was so confident that i get a job within 3 month that i served my notice and i proved i couldDitto. But you were not committed to the job that you got. And the next interviewer realised that. Why should they think you would treat them any differently, and why should they believe you?
I am earning 10k more now compared to the job i want so i am taking a pay cut by accepting that job!! You aren't accepting that job though are you? Because they haven't offered it to you.
At the end if you are going to post a thread full of crap don't do it as i am annoyed enough as is .Hmm. "kettle" "black" - you are the architect of your own outcome - why are you blaming me for being able to see that you are not quite the catch that you obviously thought you were?
I rather want some friendly advice and what i could do
No - what you want is for someone to agree with you. That won't happen unless someone is as wrong as you are. If you normally fly off the handle and become ignorant and abusive when you don't get your own way, it was a lucky escape for the company. I would suggest that you moderate your tone when writing your completely pointless letter to the CEO of an international company, or you may find yourself on a list of people they would never hire - and those kind of lists get around employers.0 -

Is that any way to talk to people who are trying to help you?
Your name "stranger" kind of sums you up, because you are stranger than fiction.
