Ok then? thank you for your rather eloquent reply.
You will probably go far in the ITs industry again?? if you look back over your posts Learn! and always use spellcheck?
Have you always been an IT perhaps a change of profession into something else could have a new meaning to your existence? The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -

As said earlier bufger off
You may as well just say "I don't want help, go away". That's basically what that post says and you'll save everyone some time.0 -

I posted this thread to ask for advise not receive blam from some fools, excuse the language as this is referring to the odd replies
Slightly ironic given your spelling and grammar and then your reaction to the 'advise' (sic) offered to you!'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0 -
This company waited over three months to interview you as that is how long your visa took. That could hardly be seen as any form of discrimination.
Many professional jobs have a three month notice period, so if they were willing to wait just to interview you, then a 90 day notice period would hardly put them off for the right candidate.
By jumping ship before securing a job, it made you look "flakey", and i can see why they perhaps decided not to offer you the job.
Your reaction on here to other people trying to explain why they probably turned you down says a lot about your personality. Not an attractive trait.
Your need to accept you made a mistake and move on.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I am easy with the recruiter but when people atarted to take the p*ss here I had enough
I am not begging to hire me and can walk away
What is driving me nuts is, I worked so hard for this and their reason for refusal is like stabbing me in head . That is the pain i have
If it was competence or anything else i could have said well they don't like me and that is the end of it
But i think it is due to race or other reasons .
while i trust the recruiter, i think his interest will be to work with the company long term and not to truly represent me hence why I think i should cut the middle man
I certainly would not want to take any legal action but if i have been played with I will

I was on 90 days notice and before deciding to quite , i applied for job for 6 month and had number of offers that needed me to start in 4 weeks so no 90 days isn't usual
I then decided to hand in notice and look for jobs again and it worked
I was so confident that i get a job within 3 month that i served my notice and i proved i could
I am earning 10k more now compared to the job i want so i am taking a pay cut by accepting that job!!
At the end if you are going to post a thread full of crap don't do it as i am annoyed enough as is .
I rather want some friendly advice and what i could do
Looooool welcome to these forums. I've said it over and over again, usually the first post sets the tone then everyone jumps on the bandwagon and slates the op.
I've nothing to add, i just have a laugh at the responses, sorry m8.
Stick around if you want to argue or join the masses and flame the next new poor soul to ask a question. :rotfl:0 -

There was no bandwagon. We told it how it is, OP didn't like it and by their 3rd post they were insulting someone for no reason and since then have continued to add to the insults and tell people to go.0
