I just spoke to Virgin (sorry didn't notice previous answer) and I have been told that they will not be getting any more of the Nokia 1100 in as they will not be doing them any longer.

Still unable to get the website to accept the better deal after clicking BUY so tried to phone. Got the third degree about which company I worked for and when I did not answer correctly, refused my order.
I did discover it is something to do with a scheme called PERKZ & possibly companies like National Express and BNFL are part of it, maybe Southern Water.
It's now getting a matter of principle!!

Click through to Virgin then change the suffix to lifestylerewards etc as in my original post to get the Lifestyle rewards deal, but this way should give you £4 cashback instead of RPoint's £1.08. Either that or RPoints may we willing to pricematch their cashback upon request.

Has anyone recently been able to buy through the website (i.e. the LIfestyle Rewards offer)?

A mate got this email from them:

We're sorry to hear you're having problems buying your chosen Siemens phones, we appreciate this is frustrating for you.

Lifestyle Rewards is not available online. You'll be able to view the phones in our range and their Lifestyle Rewards prices online, but you will need to call our team to make the purchase.

Our Sales team handle all Lifestyle Rewards purchases as they need to manually select the required promotion code for the discount to be added to the purchase.

Simply give our Sales team a call on 0808 100 7878 and quote Lifestyle Rewards at the beginning of the call.

I have been able to get through with the link above. Is the Siemens A65 any good at £26.99. Previously I bought the Nokia 1100.

Managed finally to get it on a good day & ordered one through the website. No need to make up a reason as to why I should have the cheap offer.
A65 is a nice basic phopne and the red colour fairly sophisticated looking.

I was also pleased to find out that it took an easyMobile SIM card without unlocking (not sure about other SIMs though) - so my son got the £20 airtime voucher and I got a cheapo phone.

CPW have got an offer on at the mo with an unlocked Nokia 1100.You pay £29.99 but they give you £10 credit for an old phone. You aso get a T Mobile Sim Card with £10 put on it.I sold the sim for £10,traded in an old mobile for £10.So i ended up paying £9.99p for a brand new unlocked Nokia 1100.
