Who's ever won a holiday? Where to?!

I have won a trip to Seoul which was amazing (£2000?), a week in a villa in Nerja (£1200?) and a voucher for £500 to spend at Hotel du Vin which I sold.
Holiday comps are great, I would never have got to go to Korea otherwise. However, they can be too restrictive, particularly now that we have got kids.
We looked into taking them to Seoul with us but the cost for the extra seats was too much.

I just won my first holiday prize - one night in October I entered 25 travel comps in half an hour (a first time) and won 7 nights to Cancun through the Coke Mango 'Chase the Sun' promotion ... very excited and its made me want to enter more although perhaps this will be my only win. I guess thats the thrill of the chase!

Oh and the week later I had a call to say I won a weeks family holiday to a choice of other destinations .... which I had entered into but when I looked into it in a bit more detail found out it was some sort of timeshare deal - where you had to go listen to some sales speel to get some free accommodation - decided it wasn't worth the hassle (especially as the flights were not paid for and I had already won Cancun).

In 2011 I won a trip to Finland for me and my husband, sponsored by Visit Finland, the tourist board. It was a completely bespoke trip arranged by our lovely contact at Visit Finland, based on just what we would love to experience, up to a budget of 5,000 Euros (which was worth a lot more back then...) Over eight days we were treated to reindeer and husky-sled safaris, loads of snowmobiling and an unforgettable night in an ice hotel in Lapland, as well as time exploring vibrant Helsinki. Quite simply the best holiday experience of my life!

Soon afterwards I also won a stay from a luxury holiday-cottage firm, so we spent three peaceful nights on the Northumbrian coast, with our dog, cat and a roaring log fire.
