  • Where in Cornwall. If I"m near I"ll try and grab some photos. Their signeage is amateurish, and in a lot of locations, their authority is questionable. It may be worth posting something on pepipoo to, there is some local knowledge there.

Ivor is one of the good guys so you can rest assured that he does not work for a parking company, even if he did once get paid by one when he appealed and won his case. :rotfl:

Maybe you can pop out of your front door and take some photos tonight in the dark to substantiate your claim that the signage is compliant!

I was going to suggest this last night but couldn't log on from work

This is very easy to resolve. The OP obtains pictures of the signs and posts them here. (We need to see the anyway.)
Maddog2015 posts pictures of the signs and we compare them to see who is telling the truth.

Signs 3 feet square would need planning permission I believe. Perhaps the OP would like to make enquiries if indeed the signs are of the suggested size.

    Does 3 feet square mean 3 x 3 = 9 square feet? Or does it mean 1 x 3 = 3 square feet? (Or 1.732 x 1.732). ;)

Has Kevin at AS filled the space left by Trev at ANPR Ltd? I recall there were some amusing exchanges on Facebook somewhere. He really lost his cool - and seems to be doing the same here.

  • AS signs seem to pertain that he's a member of the "BPA."

Anyone know if that's true, and if not, is their any recourse ?
