firstly the householder you were at was given a letter and two permits for visitors and the whole process was clearly explained and the person was also personally spoken to about the scheme before it commenced.

Do you know this for a fact? Is it possible they are a rented and were never told this by a landlord as presumably they don't have a car?

I can confirm that I have nothing to do with the enforcement company and as stated a very annoyed resident with the above post made by one of the inconsiderate persons that felt the need to ignor all the signage and deny residents the ability to park on their own property!

Maybe you can pop out of your front door and take some photos tonight in the dark to substantiate your claim that the signage is compliant!
  • Firstly it's clear that people don't like the truth as they have tried to block my account and all this from in their own words genuinely careful and not unfair!!! Mmmmm seems not any way! To clarify!

Very sad.... As stated I am a resident I was made aware of the post following the issues and hence replied pointing out the other side of the issue. This all comes about from arrogant people that happily obstruct people's private property without a care in the world and yes it clearly seems there are ten drivers with sight issues. I have no need to take a picture of any signs at night as they are clear! I love the way people can not put their hands up when in the wrong yet spend more time looking to blame someone else! If the creator of this post had spent a second to see the as already stated numerous 3 foot square signs that you can not miss assuming you have suitable eye sight allowing to drive safely on the road or that party goers were ( or maybe the author herself) was blocking numerous drives then she wouldn't have to vent on here. Further more yes the resident was fully aware of the restrictions due to letters conversations and the fact that other times visitors have been given a permit to display! I do hope that clears matters up for the above posts clarifying that I have infact nothing to do with the enforcement company.

"To help you out kerensa as a resident on the estate "

    which estate ?

but the OP never stated the location
  • Clearly you have too much time on your hands and keep saying I am from A S, I have neither lost my password but as stated seems attempts to block my account.

LETS MAKE THIS CLEAR I AM A RESIDENT AND NOT A S PARKING, SEEMS A TAD STRANGE THAT ALL POINTS HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED BY THE OFFENDING DRIVER....WHY COULD THAT BE.... MAYBE BECAUSE NOW A LITTLE ASHAMED THAT A RESIDENT HAS VOICED THE TRUE VERSION OF THE ACCOUNT REGARDING THE NIGHT IN QUESTION AND SHE CAN NOT JUSTIY HER PARKING ERROR NOR HAVE THE DECENCY TO APOLOGISE FOR BLOCKING PEOPLES DRIVE/GARAGES.
YOU CAN THINK ALL DAY LONG THAT I AM FROM A S PARKING I DONT CARE, I AND OTHER RESIDENTS KNOW THAT I AM NOTHING TO DO WITH A S PARKING. I HAVE SHOWN THE VERSION OF EVENTS FROM THE RESIDENTS SIDE OF THINGS AND HAVE NO NEED TO POST ANYMORE. KERENSA, HER FELLOW PARTY GOERS AND INDEED THE RESIDENT SHOULD ALL KNOW BETTER THAT I AM AFRAID IS THE BOTTOM LINE AND THE SOONER THEY TAKE THAT ON BOARD THE BETTER RATHER THAN AS ALREADY STATED TRYING TO WRIGGLE OUT OF THEIR OWN MISTAKE.
    THANK YOU AND GOOD BYE.
(JUST TO CLARIFY A RESIDENT WHO SUFFERED A BLOCKED GARAGE AND HAD TO PARK MILES AWAY FROM MY OWN HOUSE DUE TO ARROGANT AND IGNORANT DRIVERS.)

"No need to take photos", what you really mean is its too far away for you to go, and the photos would prove you are talking out of a hole in your lower regions!

Kerensa, can I suggest you write about your experience onto the Newer Newquay Facebook page. You will find a thread there concerning Private Parking Companies. :-)

3 foot square signs - I think someone has a sight problem themselves! To say that we should be looking at the pavement and at signs whilst driving around a curve at the entrance and focusing ahead to avoid hitting any cars on the left is a bit of an overstatement!

Firstly it's clear that people don't like the truth as they have tried to block my account and all this from in their own words genuinely careful and not unfair!!! Mmmmm seems not any way! To clarify!

Are you insinuating that I tried to block you off, maddog2015? Do you have proof?!

Don't shout! But I have photos to prove that I did not block anyone's garage...

Some of us have busy lives to lead rather than trolling on sites like these!
YOU CAN THINK ALL DAY LONG THAT I AM FROM A S PARKING I DONT CARE, I AND OTHER RESIDENTS KNOW THAT I AM NOTHING TO DO WITH A S PARKING.

Sad conclusion then - you must have either reported it to A S Parking or someone in your household works for them!

We subsequently found out that the resident is allowed 2 permits for visitors. Is she supposed to be a hermit and be allowed to invite 2 of her best friends for a birthday party after 7pm in the evening? May I remind you that the signage or the papers from the management team does not even indicate a 24 hour restriction on non-residents parking. What a joke!
