Largely so far we have ignored the letters that have come in and heard nothing since the last letter dated 20/03/2016.
However today another one has been received from Debt Recovery Plus looking £160.00 to settle the issue otherwise they will recommend UKPC refer the case to their solicitor.
So in the year that has elapsed since the last letter can anyone tell me if the law has changed in Northern Ireland and if we should continue to ignore the letters to not.
