yup, IGNORE, along with all the rest over the next 5 or 6 years

its court papers from the PPC or landowner you need to read and deal with, nothing else, plus if it never gets as far as court then its all toilet paper, which is the more likely scenario

    Hi Red X,

Just looking more reassurance really :o

My hubby has now got a letter of intended court action from Debt Recovery Plus (DRP) which is based in Dukinfield. I take it I just add it to the pile we already have and ignore it as it's not actual court papers?

its only a mailbox in dukinfield

DRP have no power, you can read the DRP/ROSSENDALES thread and post #4 of the NEWBIES sticky thread about just how little they can do, which is send out scary demands by post, nothing more

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5035663

ignore them and add it to the pile, including any more from DRP/ZENITH

its only if you get actual genuine court papers started by UKPC you need to come back and ask for help

    read this zendesk post too

DRP are just timewasters. Only UKPC can take you to court, that's if they are stupid enough to do so with their track record of FRAUD

ALL DRP do is send out coloured toilet paper. NO POWER

If you actually get court papers, then return here for help.

If you want to see what is happening and how to assist by writing to your local MP's including Cameron, see the thread entitled

  • Using this form is a huge step for me (am a pensioner). I have read your thread and the one for Pam17. I am a registered keeper of a vehicle have been sent a bill of £100 for "not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space". My details as the registered keeper must have come from the DVL Northern Ireland. What to do? I am really concerned about this.

You should start a new thread for advice. But in this case it's pretty easy - if you're in Northern Ireland then just ignore it and any debt collectors letters entirely. Come back if they attempt to take you to court (hugely unlikely, as they can only take the driver and they don't know who that is unless you tell them).

Sit tight and DO NOT imply who was driving. Do not respond at all, as you are in NI. The registered keeper can't be liable.

You could send a pm to the member called Seven Towers who is in NI and can reassure you. Search the members' list for him.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As Herzlos correctly says, start a new thread for the correct attention

You are in N.Ireland and you are NOT going to say who was driving ARE YOU ?, These are just riff raff to ignore
