oh my..I've just tried those soreen malt loaf breakfast things...they are sooo dry..although I did fiddle round with them and manage to slice it to put some butter in it which did improve it...

...but somehow I think I wont be bothering again...shame as I like the traditional malt loaves

I think someone else mentioned they were not very appealing...possibly emerald...umm I'm with you on that one!

For the Amex thing, you need to have an Amex credit or charge card. They run a range of promotions offering cashback on spend, some of which are being discussed on here:

Spend £10, get £5 back in Superdrug
Spend £100, get £10 back in Argos

Importantly you have to opt in to each offer (either in your account or on their offers website) and some have a limited number available before it expires.

The current big promotion is Shop Small - basically encouraging people to shop in small local businesses - spend £10, get £5 back. Each business can only be used once, though some OneStop (convenience stores) and Spars are included and each of those is classed as a separate business so you can claim once each in those. Only those businesses that are included on their website are taking part in the promotion.

Thank you Anon. I don't think I have a Amex CC atm. Do these offers come up often?? I will apply prob to late for this though!

These cat food pouches are 5 for £2 in A today. I have bought 5 hoping for a £1.375 apg.

I think it is probably only this flavour that might work. Results just after 4pm.
