Nope, busy reading back on this thread. Gave up on the program when they starting waffling on about buying diamonds in Israel ... just the thing the average shopper will do of course ;)

Think you passed it to me

I have cervical spondylosis, and my shoulders and neck are so painful at the minute, ok during the day, but as soon as I lie down in bed at night I cannot get comfy and the pain shooting through them is horrendous.

Have you ever had any massage Sarah ? I had a client once with spondylosis and regular massage helped him greatly. Hth xx

My local store works differently

You scan APG and it goes ££, nothing comes off the total and SA has to sort it.

Then when you do get to pay, all the vouchers show on the rejected side :rotfl:

Might be because every time the apg has been >£10

It's not because the vouchers are over £10. I've had ones under £10 and it's done exactly the same on me. It is because we've not been doing what henlans has told us - we need only to scan the bottom barcode on the APG (we should now never scan the one on top-right that, in the old days of a single barcode, we were always scanning:doh:) and then the receipt barcode.

Of course, not fully thought-through idea to have two barcodes on a voucher, where the scanner - which flashes lasers in all directions - could pick up either of them if we are not careful. So, if we now fold the voucher over so that only the bottom barcode is pointed towards the scanner...

Maybe we (and the SAs) will get there in the end:rotfl::doh:...
