ssm, I work with vulnerable families mostly dealing with the children but the work load is overwhelming with more & more dumped on us and I'm not able to give them the help they need & deserve. I am in an unsafe environment where a case could easily end up in the news due to not enough staff, poor resources and equipment, It's frightening and you're worried every minute of the day and night whether you're at work or not, hoping you haven't missed something that you have not had time to do.
