Quite funny. You may recall yesterday I quoted T about a Brand Guarantee issue and they said they were sending me £5. Well, I thought that was the last of it, but I ended up arguing with two different people/sections and I have just had another email

"I would like to apologise to you for taking so long to reply I have been out of the business.

I understand your frustrations with the brand match results ,at store level we are unable to have any in put into this .

I am going to send you a gift card as a goodwill gesture for £10"

    s
If this works out I will get £15 in gift card for a £2.50 mistake. One thing neither of them asked me, but I would have admitted to if they had asked, was that I actually returned the squares in disgust because the CS was driving me mad!

great result, you really have to stick to your guns or do exactly that - do a return for a refund

a kind and wonderful person sent me this to test drive

    http://lkkchristmasjoy.com/

and possibly it could go onto the daily list - not sure if it qualifies. You send a "gift" to a friend (I just sent it to myself using a different email ) and they open the gift and get an 85p safecoupon to print off for Lee Kum Kee sauces
    - the bottles are pictured but there are also sachets for 85p in Mr !!!!!! or suchlike so maybe these would be OK???

Maybe because its a safecoupon it will only work once no matter how many MOCs you send yourself?

so it is open for debate if its a one off or worthy of a place on the daily list

Evening all, I have a conditional spend for mr t, if I do a target shop does anyone know if the voucher will work if the shop is less than £20 due to the pp coming off the shopping or will it have to be over £20 after the pp? Sorry that sounds confusing, but hope someone can help me 😊

I think someone said earlier that it is AFTER the "pp". Personally I would go and ask Customer Services, they won't have the foggiest but will probably guess wrong, then you can go back to them after and complain.

Thank you, to be honest that was my thoughts 🙁

May i ask someone was saying about spend 40p in a spar shop get the sun

newspaper ...can you enlighten me with more detail please
Hi underperky there really isn't much more to say about it. its that simple. Spend 40p and you will be asked if you would like a free Sun newspaper. I tried this last Friday to make sure that my local Spar was taking part. Firstly I made a small purchase and was given a free newspaper. I asked if I would be able to buy a Sun and get one free and was told yes, I then asked to buy 10 copies and have 10 free ones. The SA was very friendly and laughed and put them all through in one transaction as she didn't fancy doing them separately. Mission accomplished;) hth

    Good evening everyone.

Re the BG shops, I done a shop tonight, the total was £33, the BG automatically took £9 odd off and then when I scanned my £6 off £30 it wasn't accepted as I hadn't spent enough.

Looks like it would have to be over £20 after the brand guarantee (as it is now called) is taken off hth
