They ask about previous experience of handling calls or situations etc. How you will be able to provide the correct working enviroment etc while on calls. What hours you would be able to work.

    :o

When the test is submitted it would go to them directly,so they will have the results. You don't have to inform them.

On another note, did anyone from the first lot of starters get a package through the post today?:D
  • ok thanks for that, its just at the end of the test it say don't forget to email to say you have taken the test.

Do you mean the pc test or the skills test?

I can't find anything that says you have to email them(someone might come along and correct me on that)
On mine it says make sure you press save results.Do you have an email addy for them.I suppose it wouldn't hurt just to send an email saying that you have completed it.
  • hi
    sorry its the skills test

no i have no email add for them, i thought someone may know one or would no what they did after the skills test.

    thanks for help
  • oh thats great thanks

Does anyone know what the next stage is after requesting references? I've just emailed back my four referees. Does that mean you've got the job subject to satisfactory references? Are people being given start dates of beginning of November for training? Just a bit worried as I have about 6 things booked for evenings in October.
    cheers
