    Hi all

I've just had my 1st telephone screening, my 2nd is on Tues at 6pm.
Not received my work booth cd yet tho, but as i only did the test yesterday i guess it will take 3-5 days, its all happened quite quickly so far.:D
Just need to find 4 references.
Is the training hard would you say:question:

Woorkbooth CD is not needed till you start training most of the time, you should be asked to dial into the teletech support number at some point to test your setup and CD for connection to the VPN system. References should be ready but normally they are needed for the final forms that get filled in.

Hello, I applied today. I got my email confirmation. What i want to know is........Has any-one been successful who hasnt had any previous experience with this sort of job, before? I would love to do this but as a stay at home mum, I havent done a `proper` job for many years. Doubt i will get much further but wondered if any-one similiar had. Thanks.

  • 4 references :/ Most companies only ask for 2? Hmm. I have an email about a pc test and online test but I'm was hoping that my new pc would of been here before I started. Damit.

I think they only contact 2 but they want four to give a greater probability that they get in touch with 2 people.

  • two ref has to be previous employers, one your most recent and 2 character witnesses who are unrelated to you.

im still in training but so far its been brilliant. its really interesting and i cant wait to go live. , a quiet background is essential so maybe duck tape the kiddiewinkles for the interview :rotfl: joke

Catwoman can I just ask if you had any probs with your referances. I think I can just about pull four together, but I havn't worked for about 3 years and both my last employers have closed down. I'v been looking for work for the last 10 months but no success as of yet, If wanted to go ahead I'd have to invest in a new pc though cos this is pants.
