I'm meant to be starting on Monday but still haven't received an email with all the details, I will send an email tomorrow but don't think anyone will reply until Monday which means I am gonna be worrying about until then. I feel like I've been forgotton

Don't worry to much I didn't get my training email till
the Monday morning, the first night is pretty laid-back
to be honest just a few presentations on HR etc perks etc
and how the training will go on through the oncoming weeks

Nope, I got put in a new group too and they seem to have been better trained than my original group. Also they seem to have been told things differently to my group so now I'm worried I'm going to struggle compared to them but we shall see.

On the first day of training do we only need to log into the meeting place, or do we need to load the workbooth cd aswell ? Details are a little confusing

just the meeting place Peacock3022, you wont really use Workbooth
till your 3rd week training

As above, when you need to be in workbooth you will be told, until then just log into Meeting place and onto the conference call each evening. Personally I would also suggest getting used to using printscreen to gather information and notes for use later.

the only way i can get stuff off the screen and saved is to highlight it, right click copy and paste into a word doc. is there a better way to do it?

also, went on to the meetingplace and did the browser test in prep for tomorro. it says theres a problem with my java due to either old version or firewall blocking it so ive gone to java .com and updated it and uninstalled norton and disabled windows firewall but its till saying same error. any ideas? dont want to hold up trainin tomorro night thanks in advance

thanks for the info on this job i hope i get it as i quite a good techie myself and customer rep. does anyone know whats the pay is like and if they pay for you to have another landline?
